    support network.
  • Recovery is a unique and personal journey of self discovery. A
process of exploring dreams; hopes and fears.
  • Re-discovering one's rights, roles, responsibilities, decisions and
    potential.
  • Not allowing limitations caused by illness/medication, to effect
living a hopeful and satisfying way of life.
  • To develop new goals and purposes that will enhance quality of
    life.
  • To gain independence and to take back your own identity as a
    valid member of society.
  • Recovery does not mean symptom free but devising a coping
    strategy where symptoms are maintained.

    symptoms.

awareness, also setting small and rewarding goals will shape
    your own destiny.
